Daily Commitment Hour: Day 4 – Yoga Devotion and a Quick Update

Good day my dear readers,

How is everyone doing with their Daily Commitment Hour?

I hope you are all keeping up with your daily hour of practice. Maxwell Maltz was a plastic surgeon in the 1950s who noticed that it also took himself about 21 days to form a new habit. So keep practicing everyday until it becomes a habit.

Just a quick update today. As I mentioned in my previous post , my Daily Commitment Hour consists of writing and yoga. Today is a yoga day, so I headed down to Fitness First gym for an hour of Hot Yoga, which is yoga but in a really stuffy room with heated air blown at you. I was sweating puddles by the end of the lesson, like you could place some tadpoles in it and they would do well. I even managed to squeeze some weight exercises after.

I am really excited that my writing is making progress and I even had some new ideas for future plots.

Today’s novel word count is 1258!

Thank you for reading and feel free to comment below.
